TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Room rates
- All above rates are net in Thai Baht per room per night and non-refundable.
- Above rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons, 10% service charge, 7% government tax and 1% provincial tax.
- Room rates offered herein are applicable for individual bookings (FIT). Group rates (more than 10 rooms) can be provided
upon request.
2.All rates and distribution
Information on this agreement is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. Contract rates cannot be offered
directly to end-user customers online. A minimum of 40% mark-up is required for any online forms of retail trading. All the
information is subject to a monthly review and may be changed without an advance notice.
3.Cancellation and amendment
Failure to notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation or reduction in room nights prior to the minimum notice period,
corporate will pay hotel a late cancellation fee at the contracted rates as below.

No show will be charged for the entire length of stay. In the case of an early departure, travel agent will pay the hotel for the
