Terms & Conditions:

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
All mentioned rates are net, non-commissionable, and include 10% service charge and applicable VAT.
In case of any increase in the VAT or tax percentage or an introduction of any other government taxes, the
guest agrees to accept the Hotel's right to adjust the rates accordingly as the date of new tax implemented
by Thai law.
Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2:00 PM. on the arrival day. Check-out time
is 12.00 PM. Any room used from 12.00 PM. on the departure day will be charged 50 %. Any room occupied
beyond 6.00 PM. will be charged the full night price, unless specified in writing by the hotel officer.
Cancellations, charging fee apply for cancellations received less than 03 days prior to arrival. For "no-show"
and early check-out. Low season and high season 1 night, respectively 2 nights at applicable room rate
(incl. service charge and VAT).
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing (e.g., E-mail, fax) no later than 72 hours prior to arrival, 1 night
of the contract rate will automatically be charged.

• During period (29th December 2023 – 02nd January 2024 & 12
th – 17

, April 2024) when
minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. The full payment of total stay at the contracted rate
will automatically be charged.
• Liability, hotel will not be held responsible for the loss of guest's properly, material damage
to a guest's property, injury, or death of guest.
• This offer is applicable to new bookings only.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and/or offers.
• This offer applies only when the operator countersigns, stamps this agreement, and returns
it to the hotel.
• These wholesale rates offered are valid for leisure travel only and may not be used for:
Internet distribution. channels, Meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions,
corporate travel.
• Subject to change with advance notice period 07 days.
• Terms of payment: Full pre-payment is required for all bookings.
Child Policy:
Children aged 0-6 years will be accommodated free of charge on a full-board basis if
shared with one or two adults.

No Show Policy:
A “no show” charge of total stay at the contracted rate will be charged by the hotel for
all reservations made which do not materialize.
